River Bend Winery

River Bend Winery is located on 10th Street between Main and Market in the heart of downtown Louisville. The building that houses the retail area was built in 1880. It is a two story building with wonderful appointments and great openness. The first floor comprises the wine tasting area with a spacious bar that is unlike any in the area. An intimate nook has been located toward the back of the building with leather couches and easy chairs that will accommodate up to 10 people. A glass wall has been added to separate the tasting room from the manufacturing area for safety and sound consideration. By having this separation, the patrons may view the many activities that are required in the making of wine. An appetizer/bistro kitchen has created the ultimate wine tasting experience with the culinary creations to compliment the fabulous wines. River Bend Winery is open on Wednesday from 5 pm till 9 pm, Thursday from 5 pm till 11 pm and from 5 pm till 1 am on Friday and Saturday. The winery is available for rental 7 days a week. We also offer private tours for groups of 10 or more on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with a prior booking being required.
